St. John’s, NL - The Idea Factory received the St. John’s Board of Trade Business Excellence Award last night in an unexpected turn of events. Happy just to be nominated and in the prestigious company of organizations like Provincial Aerospace and Johnson Inc, The Idea Factory became the first marketing firm to receive the accolade. Company founders Kevin Casey and Ed Roche credit teammates and clients alike for dreaming big, taking chances, and challenging the status quo every day. The Idea Factory also received the Award for Contribution to Community Service, for launching The Toy Factory in 2008 in aid of the Single Parent Association of Newfoundland and Labrador.
